Preparations for the second Koshi Premier League Cricket to be held in Sunsari from February 5 have been completed. Organizers informed in a press conference on Friday that all the preparations for the tournament which will run till February 17 at Khalil Azad Maidan of Bhokraha Narsingh Rural Municipality have been completed.

Seven teams will compete in the single round robin tournament. Gobind Paudel, Secretary of Sunsari District Cricket Association, coordinator, said that the winner of the tournament organized by Kosi Premier League Events Management with the approval of Nepal Cricket Association and the technical support of Sunsari District Cricket Association will receive a prize of Rs. 5 lakh 5 thousand and the runner-up will get Rs. The best player will get 25,000 while every player of the match will get 5,000. The best bowler and batter will get Rs 15,000 each.

Eastern Super Kings include Lalit Rajbanshi, Sandeep Jora and Arjun Saud. Sample Blaster has Kushal Bhurtel, Kushal Malla, Nandan Yadav. Duhabi Capitals have Lokesh Bam, Vinod Bhandari, Vivek Yadav, Shahab Alam and Basir Ahmed. Saptari Tigers have Mayan Yadav, Rupesh Singh, Shubh Kansakar, Naren Saud and Bipin Khatri.
