Nepal Super League (NSL) player auction is going to be held next week. The player auction for the third edition of the tournament organized by Nepal Sports and Events Management is going to be held on February 10.

Seven teams will participate in this tournament. It includes defending champions Lalitpur City FC and former champions Kathmandu Razors along with Jhapa FC, FC Chitwan, Pokhara Thunders, Butwal-Lumbini FC and Dhangadhi FC.

Sporting Eelam and Birgunj United, who played in the last edition, will not be in the competition this time. Each team should have 22 or 23 players. In the auction, the players will be divided into four groups from A to D.

Each team will have to take a marquee player and also a new player . Similarly, each team will be able to sign six foreign players. One of those players should be from Asia. One such player should also be a Nepali player living abroad.
