Sisne Rural Municipality level President Running Shield has been postponed due to controversy. Municipal President Krishna Regmi, who is also the chairman of the shield management and director's committee, said that there was a common dispute between the players who participated in the race and it increased the bitterness between the schools.

After the dispute took the form of a clash, Tulsi  KC Gautam, a teacher of Tribhuvan Secondary School located in Sisne-6, was also injured. District Police Chief DSP Madhavraj Kharel said that Om Thapa, the chairman of the management committee of the organizing school Rukmini Mavika, was involved in the incident after this.
