Thailand has won the women's Twenty20 series title. Thailand won the title after defeating Nepal by seven wickets in the last match. Thailand won 5 of the 6 matches played in the series and lost 1 and remained at the top with 10 points.

Likewise  The Netherlands finished second with eight points after winning four and losing two in six matches. Nepal remained scoreless in the tournament. Nepal was defeated in all its 6 matches.  

Nepal set a target of 82 runs to Thailand for victory in their last match. Nepali team captain Indu Burma won the toss and elected to bat first at the Trivi Cricket Ground in Kirtipar. Nepal made 81 runs after losing seven wickets in the allotted 20 overs. For Nepal, Yakkan Khadka scored 17 runs, Kavita Joshi scored 14 runs, Rajmati Airi scored 11 unbeaten runs and captain Indu Burma scored 10 runs.

Thailand's Onicha Kamchomphu took three wickets and Chanida Sutthiruang, Nattaya Buchatham and Suleporn Laomi took one wicket each. 

Thailand achieved the winning target of 82 runs by losing three wickets in 17 overs. For Thailand, captain Naruimol Chaiwai scored 27 not out, Nannapat Khonchoroenk scored 23 and Nattaya Buchatham scored 11 runs. On the bowling side, captain Indu Burma took two wickets and Pooja Mahato took one wicket for Nepal.

Nepal had previously lost to the Netherlands by 20 runs, 15 runs and 10 wickets and to Thailand by four wickets and five runs.
