The national men's volleyball tournament is going to be held at Sainamaina in Rupandehi. The organizers informed through a press conference held on Thursday that all the preparations for the competition to be held from Friday have been completed.
Rajkumar Chowdhury said that 7 teams, including departments, will participate in the Sainamaina-Dudhraksha Cup club-level national men's volleyball tournament organized by the Dudraksha Youth Club. According to him, Tribhuvan Army Club, Nepal Police Club, Nepal APF Club, Gandaki Pradesh Volleyball Association, Galkot Volleyball Club and Manimukund Volleyball Club are participating in the game.
He said that the club is going to play volleyball this time because the volleyball game, which is being developed professionally, is not only for entertainment.
President Kiran Pokhrel said that the club, which was established in the year 2060, in addition to doing various social activities, has previously organized ward cup, district level volleyball, cricket and badminton competitions.
The first team will receive a shield, medal and certificate along with 5 lakh 55 thousand 555 rupees. The second prize is Rs 3 lakh 33 thousand 333 and the third prize is Rs 1 lakh 11 thousand 111. The consolation team will receive 55 thousand 555.
