The organizer Tiger Group has won the women's title of NCELL 5th Tiger Cup national and international volleyball tournament in Pokhara by defeating APF club.
In the final match that ended on Sunday at Pokhara Stadium, the organizers won the title by shocking APF with a competitive 3-2 set.
The host team lost the first set 17-25 and won the second set 29-27. Again the third set was handed over to APF by 21-25 and the host team won the fourth set by 25-16 and the match was pushed to the fifth set. In the fifth set, the host team performed well and won the title 15-13.
The organizing team, which participated for the first time, received 5 lakh 85 thousand 555 rupees along with the title. APF, which was defeated in the final, settled for 285,555 rupees. Currently, Nepal Police Club and Gandaki Province are competing for the men's title.
