Church Boys United Club has won the opening match of ANFA U-16 Youth League football tournament.

Church Boys defeated Sankata Club by 2-1 in a match held at the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) headquarters ground in Satdobato on Friday. Sanil Magar and Sugam Rana scored 1-1 for Church Boys. Similarly, Pemba Tamang scored for Yata Sankat.

In the 15th minute of the game Sankata took the first lead through Pemba's 'penalty' goal. Then, in the 30th minute of the game, Sunil of the Church Boys scored 1 goal with a free kick to tie the game 1-1. Then Sugam scored the 84th goal of the game and gave Church Boys a 2-1 win.
