As expected, Police won the Lalit Smriti U-18 Youth League title on Tuesday. The team beat the Church Boys 2-1 in a decisive match at the Anfa Complex in Satdobato and won the title with one game to spare. Police were sure to win the title if they beat Church Boys.
There were half a dozen national players of the age group in the police team. So the team's journey to the title was not too difficult. After the current victory, Police have 48 points from 21 games. This is 7 points higher than the second placed NRT. NRT is second with 41 points and Sankata is third with 39 points.
After the result like the rest of the league, no one can outrun the police. After the match, Police coach Bhola Silwal was naturally happy. The reason why we won the league is that our team was equally strong mentally. Subas, who dominated the entire tournament as a
