Kathmandu Gurkhaz will bat first in Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket. Chitwan Rhinos captain Kushal Malla decided to field first after winning the toss at the Trivi Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on Monday.
This is the first match of both Kathmandu and Chitwan in the tournament that started on Saturday. No match could be played on Sunday due to by-elections.
Kathmandu is captained by Karan KC. The team consists of Michael Levitt, Shankar Rana, Stephen Eskinazi, Bhim Sarki, Gerard Erasmus, Sumit Maharjan, Don Douthwaite, Rashid Khan, Shahav Alam.
Similarly, Santosh Karki, Hasan Esakhal, Deepak Bohra, Luke Bankston, Ravi Bopara, Sharad Bheshavkar, Amarsingh Rautela, Sohail Tanvir, Rijan Dhakal, Bipin Rawal are playing in the playing eleven from Chitwan.
