Cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane has said that he will take Nepali cricket even higher after being acquitted by the High Court Patan in the rape case.
After being acquitted, Lamichhane gave a brief response to the High Court Patan and said, 'It has been over a year and a half. I was saying that I am innocent from the first day. I was made guilty of something I didn't have. Thank you for supporting me during this time . I will take Nepal higher than where I took it. After the
decision, Sandeep's lawyer Sarojkrishna Ghimire said that justice has been achieved by this decision and that Sandeep will assist in the rest of the judicial process. He asked that nothing should be done that would affect the self-esteem of the plaintiff and that others should not do the same . He said after this case, Sandeep He was removed from the captaincy of cricket and now after being acquitted, he said that he should be returned to captaincy.
