The government has recommended the issuance of three more ordinances to the President.
According to a source in the Presidential Office, the three additional ordinances sent for issuance include ‘Ordinance to amend some Nepal Acts’, ‘Ordinance to amend some Nepal Acts related to universities’ and ‘Ordinance related to the Institute of Health Sciences’.
The government had earlier recommended the issuance of ‘Ordinance to amend the Act on the Functions, Duties and Powers of the Constitutional Council’ on Baisakh 14.
