Prime Minister Balendra Shah has recommended to the President to appoint new ministers in two vacant ministries on Friday. 

According to the Prime Minister's Secretariat, the responsibility of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Affairs, which was vacant after the dismissal of Deepak Shah, has been given to Ramji Yadav.

Similarly, the responsibility of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, which the Prime Minister has been handling since the beginning, has been given to Gauri Kumari Yadav. 

Ramji is an elected MP from Saptari-2, while Gauri was elected from Mahottari-4. 

Earlier, both these ministries were handled by Prime Minister Shah. 

The oath-taking will also be held today after the President appointed them as ministers. 

Who is Gauri ?

Born in Mahottari , Yadav  grew up in the local environment and is closely familiar with the social structure, geographical conditions and life of her area . Academically, she has studied up to the certificate level in the Faculty of Science . She has been making education and social awareness the basis of her public life.

Who is Ramji?

Ramji defeated Janmat Party Chairman Chandrakant (CK) Raut, former Chief Minister of Madhesh Pradesh Satish Kumar Singh and others in the last election. Ramji, a 30-year-old elected member of Rajbiraj Municipality-9, Biharpur, had become active in politics from the then Rastriya Janata Party (RJP) Nepal in 2073. He is an engineer by profession.
