The Congress formed a five-member committee on Thursday under the coordination of senior advocate Yadunath Khanal to study the report submitted by the Karki Commission regarding the incidents that took place during the Gen-G movement on Bhadra 23 and 24 and submit a report with opinions, advice and suggestions.
The committee includes coordinator Khanal, former judge Krishna Prasad Poudel, advocate Binod Karki, advocate Ramchandra (RC) Gautam and young activist Yajaswi Rai.
The committee will study the Karki Commission report and submit it to the Congress central office within seven days, informed the acting chief secretary of the Congress central office, Krishna Prasad Dulal.
