Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) parliamentary party leader Balendra Shah and President Ravi Lamichhane are preparing to hold discussions to finalize the names of ministers who will participate in the new government. According to Shah's close aides, they are going to hold discussions to finalize the names discussed on Thursday night at a hotel in Kathmandu. As the oath-taking program is scheduled for 12:34 PM today at Sheetal Niwas, they are preparing to finalize the names of 18 to 15 ministers and inform them about their preparations for the oath-taking. Although discussions were held late on Thursday night, it was agreed to finalize some names this morning as further discussions were required. So far, the names of Swarnim Wagle, Shishir Khanal, Sobhita Gautam, Indira Rana Magar, Sasmit Pokharel, Sunil Lamsal, and others have been finalized for the ministers.

The leaders of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) claim that discussions are underway as women, ethnic groups, geography and other categories also need to be accommodated.

According to a RSSP leader, the names of the ministers will be finalized by 10 am and they are scheduled to go to the President's Office at 11 am.
