Shah, who resigned from the post of Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City and contested the Falgun 21 elections, became the Prime Minister for the first time after entering Parliament. Shah has been scheduled to take the oath of office and secrecy as Prime Minister at 12:34 pm today. The Rashtrapati Bhavan has already informed the President's Office about the time of the oath-taking. Seven conch shells will be blown during the oath-taking ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan, Sheetal Niwas. Similarly, 108 Batuks will recite Swasti Shanti and 16 Buddhist monks will recite Ashtamangala, the Rashtrapati Bhavan has said.
