Vice President Bishwaprakash Sharma has said that the Congress is the only political force that can provide solutions when the country is in crisis. Stating that the dissatisfaction and questions seen among the youth generation should not be taken lightly, Sharma claimed that only the Congress has the capacity to address the legitimate demands raised by the youth of the 'Gen-G' group regarding good governance, transparency, employment and opportunities.

Addressing an election program organized in Jaleshwor, the headquarters of Mahottari, on Wednesday, Vice President Sharma clarified that the party's central office will now monitor whether the promises made by the Congress candidates while seeking votes are fulfilled or not after winning.
'The commitment made to the people should not be limited to paper, the party takes responsibility for its implementation,' Sharma said, 'The performance of the candidates will be evaluated and action will be taken if necessary.'
He said that the Congress will once again play a leading role in taking the country from political instability to stability, from despair to hope and from a weak economy to prosperity.
Expressing his commitment to transforming challenges into opportunities and entering a new phase of development, he called on the voters to stand in favor of democratic forces. Stating that the Congress played a leading role in every phase of historical change, he recalled that the Congress was at the forefront of ending the Rana regime, the monarchy, and bringing the Maoist forces to the peace process to free the country from conflict.
Leader Sharma had reached the Martyrs Park in Jaleshwor and laid a wreath at the memorial of the martyrs. Stating that the democratic system was established in the country due to the sacrifices of the martyrs, he said that protecting and strengthening democracy is everyone's responsibility.
