UML has now released a manifesto promising to increase the size of Nepal's economy to Rs 1 trillion within five years. The manifesto also mentions the goal of increasing the size of the economy to Rs 2 trillion within the next ten years. UML has set a target of economic growth of 7 to 9 percent every year.

According to the manifesto, plans include providing interest-free loans of Rs 2 million to students, increasing the minimum wage of workers to Rs 25,000, providing monthly allowances of health volunteers to Rs 20,000, providing interest-free loans of Rs 2 million to women, and waiving loans of poor families.

Similarly, UML has included a list of 11 immediate tasks in the manifesto. Five basic declarations and 25 pillars of prosperity are also included in it. Oli also said that the government of the Council of Ministers formed after the election will set a deadline and determine the working hours of the 11 immediate tasks.
