The Election Commission has issued 64-point instructions regarding the elections to be held on March 21. The commission issued the instructions to political parties on Sunday.

'During the election period, no person shall give or accept any gift, prize, reward, donation or gift in the form of cash or goods to any voter for exercising or not exercising his/her right to vote or for exercising or not exercising his/her right to vote, or shall organize or accept any cash or goods for such purpose, or shall participate in any public feast,' the commission has said.

The commission has also said that no person shall engage in any activity that may undermine or disturb the independence, sovereignty, geographical integrity, national unity, independence and self-respect of Nepal during the election campaign.
