There are few voters in the hilly polling stations of Makawanpur. There are few voters in remote areas. In the House of Representatives elections on February 21, there are 273 voters in the Shree Nimavi Thulo Todke polling station located in Raksirang-8 of the district.

There are only 362 voters at the polling station in Thumki Basic School in Raksirang-2. There are only 380 voters at Risheshwor Basic School in Makwanpurgadhi-8. There are 497 voters at the polling station in Praja Bikash Primary School in Kailash-7. There are 503 voters at the Satyadevi Primary School polling station in Kailash.

The highest number of voters in the district is at Bhutan Devi Secondary School in Hetauda-4 with 9,267 voters. There are 9 polling stations under this polling station. There are 374 polling stations in the 167 polling stations in the district. 159 polling stations are in schools. 8 polling stations are in the ward office, the Goat Breeding Resource Center building, the vaccination center, the cold storage and the ropeway square. Bakaiya Rural Municipality-11 polling station is in the vaccination center. Voting stations are in ward offices 2 and 6 of Bagmati Rural Municipality.

Makawanpur-1 has 178 polling stations in 62 polling stations and 1 lakh 58 thousand 435 voters in 1. Makawanpur-2 has 196 polling stations in 105 polling stations and 1 lakh 56 thousand 899 voters.

Makawanpur: 29 candidates from 16 parties have filed their candidacies in two constituencies of Makawanpur for the upcoming House of Representatives elections to be held on Falgun 21. 15 candidates have filed their nominations independently. In Makawanpur-1, 23 candidates, including 13 candidates from 13 parties and 10 independent candidates, have filed their candidacies. In Makawanpur-2, 21 candidates, including 16 candidates from 16 parties and 5 independent candidates, have filed their candidacies.
