Addressing the election mobilization core committee announcement ceremony organized by Congress Kathmandu Constituency No. 4 today, he said that the Congress has changed to change the country. Thapa highly respected the role played by the cadres of Kathmandu Constituency No. 4 and the general voters in bringing him to the current height within the party.
