Thebe, elected at the 10th National Convention of the party held in Pokhara on June 14, is the Nepal Communist Party (UML) candidate from Taplejung in the upcoming House of Representatives elections.
Gurung also took the oath of office and secrecy immediately after assuming the responsibility of Chairman.
