Senior leader of the National Independent Party (NISP) Balendra Shah concluded his tour of the Far West on Friday by ringing bells in Mangalsen, Kamalbazar and Binayak in Achham.
By ringing the bell in Binayak, Achham on Friday afternoon, he completed his campaign to reach all 16 constituencies in the Far West Province.
On the first day of his Far West visit, Shah had reached eight constituencies, including five in Kailali and three in Kanchanpur. On the second day, he reached Dadeldhura, Baitadi and Darchula and then went to Bajhang that night. On the third day, Shah reached Sanfebagar in Achham-1 via Bajura from Bajhang and then reached Doti. On the fourth day, he spent time in various places in Achham-2.
Shah has given only five minutes each in Mangalsen, Kamalbazar and Binayak, which are in the constituency of his personal secretary Bhupdev Shah, who is a candidate for the House of Representatives from Achham-2. Shah has adopted the style of ringing the bell at the party office and waving to supporters from his vehicle before heading towards another destination.
He does not make speeches, does not interact with anyone, and spends only a short time in each constituency. Earlier, he used to spend only 10 to 15 minutes on average in each constituency.
