The nomination of Congress candidate Dharmananda Joshi from Darchula in the House of Representatives elections has been registered.
Joshi reached the office of the Returning Officer on Tuesday and registered his nomination. During the nomination registration, Congress leaders and workers including outgoing MP from Darchula Dilendra Prasad Badu, proportional candidate Karbir Karki, District President Lalit Singh Bohora and others were present.
Joshi, who has experience working in bodies under the United Nations, was nominated as the candidate for Darchula by President Gagan Thapa. Joshi has experience playing a role in various political missions of the United Nations, human rights, law and conflict management.
