The Election Commission has informed the government about the implementation of the code of conduct.

The Commission team led by Acting Chief Commissioner Ram Prasad Bhandari gave this information at a program organized in Baluwatar today.

A special presentation was also made on the code of conduct by the Commission. According to which, the election code of conduct will be implemented from 12 midnight tonight. Acting Chief Commissioner Bhandari informed that the meeting of the Commission held today decided that the election code of conduct will be implemented from 12 midnight tonight.

Apart from Prime Minister Sushila Karki, members of the Council of Ministers, Chief Secretary of the Government of Nepal and officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs were also present at the program.
