Shah, who is the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, held discussions with the people of Mahottari at the house of Kumar Byanjanakar in Jwagal on Tuesday. During the discussion, they requested and proposed to be a candidate from Mahottari. Shah replied that he was in discussions.
He replied that he was receiving proposals from places including Jhapa, Kathmandu and Mahottari and that he had not decided from which place to contest.
Since Mahottari is Shah's birthplace, they proposed to contest from Mashed this time and he replied that he was in discussions without making any decision.
