The Rastriya Prajatantra Party has recommended eight candidates for direct and proportional representation from Kathmandu 4 for the upcoming House of Representatives elections.

The RPP's Kathmandu 4 regional working committees 'A' and 'B' held a joint meeting and recommended 8 candidates for direct and proportional representation from this constituency.

The RPP has recommended Bhuwan Kumar Pathak, Anita Bimli, Thakur Mohan Shrestha, Bhimsen Mainali, Champa Adhikari, Punyalal Shrestha, Vishal Gurung and Deepak Prasad Chaulagain as candidates for direct and proportional representation from this constituency.

Pathak is a member of the Bagmati Provincial Assembly. He was previously the Speaker of the Bagmati Provincial Assembly. Bimli is the central treasurer of the RPP Youth Organization.

There had been a dispute within the RPP in Kathmandu 4 before. The dispute arose when the regional chairman of Kathmandu Constituency No. 4, Riddhi Pratap Jabra, said that the candidate was selected without consulting the party committee.
