As the final preparations for the selection of representatives for the 11th General Convention of the UML are underway, the party's Organization Department has issued a 5-point directive. According to Kashinath Adhikari, a member of the party's Standing Committee and head of the Organization Department, the 5-point directive was issued after making some decisions through a virtual meeting of the department on Monday evening.
According to the official, before entering the election process, the final voter list of the respective constituency must be published. For this, instructions have been given to use the latest circular of the Central Committee as a basis.
