UML Vice-Chairman Ram Bahadur Thapa has commented that the party unification carried out by the Maoists, CPN-S and other parties has been reduced to a 10-room hut.
'Our former friends who were living in separate rooms have built a 10-room hut to ensure their survival in the upcoming elections,' said leader Thapa.' Speaking at a meeting organized by UML Chitwan at Pokhara Bus Park in Narayangadh on Saturday afternoon, leader Thapa also appealed to everyone to return as it is the UML headquarters.'
He said that UML is emphasizing on the restoration of parliament, not elections. 'It is said that elections will be held in Falgun by dissolving the elected government and parliament, this is not a normal election.' The foreign power center is doing this to bring a government and parliament favorable to them in Nepal,' said Thapa.'
He said that the announced election is a gimmick and a 'honey trap' of foreigners. 'They are trying to drown the established parties here and make them surrender. Sushila Karki will take over the party leadership before Falgun 21. "If he doesn't do that, it's a foreign plan to remove him and make another person who will do what he says the prime minister," he said, "that's why we are calling for the restoration of parliament."
