UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that he will demonstrate with an open heart at the 11th General Convention to be held from Mangsir 10 to 12. He said that the highest practice of democratic methods will be practiced at the General Convention.
At the 'Ghar Fark' program in Kathmandu on Monday, he said that the leadership will be selected through democratic methods at the UML general convention. 'Come and see how big my chest is on November 27. Is it narrow or wide?', he said.
'This is what the reactionaries hope will happen in the UML. They hope to create chaos. They are trying to bring instability to the UML. It is like eating chocolate in your sleep. It is not sweet when you wake up. From what height will the UML rise? They will look at the sky with binoculars. They will practice advanced democratic methods,' Oli said further.
He also said that there will be no political debate in the upcoming general convention. 'We will go straight to the leadership selection. There will be a brief review. This speech is not a general convention,' he said.
