The coordinator of the Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal has instructed the workers to participate in the elections. Addressing the activists of Dhading, Benighat Rorang, he said that the government, the Election Commission and the security agencies are preparing for the election.

"Now the line of the Maoists is elections," he said.

After Tihar, he also informed that the process of unity with the parties within the Samajwadi Front will proceed  gave Speaking about the possibility of unity with UML, he said, 'Until KP Oli is in leadership, there will be no unity with UML.
