In that section of the statute, it is mentioned that if the central working committee deems it necessary or if 40 percent of the members of the central convention demand to convene a meeting of the central convention, a special central convention must be called within three months.

Similarly, President Ramchandra Paudel has also expressed his gratitude for taking a sensible initiative in a situation where the democratic system is in danger.

'The official opinion of the meeting of the Central Performance Committee about the latest political developments has come. Now, the central working committee meeting should be held as soon as possible to review the current political developments and publicize the formal opinion about the upcoming strategy of the party,' he said.

Saying that the country has suffered a lot of damage due to arson and vandalism, he said that the government should declare a national disaster and start a campaign to rebuild the damaged Parliament Building, Singh Darbar, Supreme Court, President's Office, Prime Minister's Residence and other public structures across the country.
