Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh has said that the idea that one has to go abroad for good education has now disappeared. He said that one can get excellent education in Nepal. Addressing the 45th anniversary celebration of Dillibazar Girls Versatile Campus, Deputy Prime Minister Singh said, 'The students here are not only educated, but also competent, efficient and competitive. This campus has presented an example that one can get excellent education in the country.'

Mentioning that the Kanya Versatile Campus is making an unparalleled contribution, especially in the field of women's education, he said that the journey of the past 45 years has been very inspiring. He said that the campus, which started with 77 students at the time of

's establishment, has now become a place of education for about 700 students, which is a historic achievement in itself. Deputy Prime Minister Singh said, 'This campus has been making a quality contribution not only to women's education but also to the overall education system. Students from more than 60 districts of the country are studying in this campus. This shows the popularity and influence here.'

Deputy Prime Minister Singh said that he felt that the students who studied here are excellent in all fields as the statistics show that students who have studied from this campus have been successfully employed in various commissions, government agencies and private sectors of the country. Drawing attention to the increasing number of students in the campus, he pointed out the need for further upgrading in the education sector.

'The government is ready to provide necessary support in the physical infrastructure, educational quality and technical empowerment of this campus. It seems that the state should shoulder its responsibility to make this campus stronger and more modern. The government will provide all possible support for the upgradation and quality of education,' he said. Aparajita Aryal, Head of Dillibazar Kanya Multipurpose Campus said that despite the various challenges the campus is currently facing,  He said that he succeeded in making the educational level excellent.
