A report with a message from the National Assembly regarding the Federal Civil Service Bill, which is directly related to the implementation of the country's administrative federalism, has been received in the House of Representatives.

Ekram Giri, the spokesperson of the Federal Parliament Secretariat, informed that the report with the message of the amendments made in the National Assembly on the bill was completed and the required process was completed in that assembly and received by the House of Representatives on Wednesday.

The bill originated in the House of Representatives and was sent to the National Assembly two months ago with necessary amendments. According to the provision to be returned within two months according to the constitutional procedure, the bill  Received in the House of Representatives. 

The Bill will be discussed in the House of Representatives only on the points that have been amended differently from what was passed before. In the same context, a report will be presented for decision to consider the bill. The assembly will consider it. In that order, the amendment of the National Assembly may be accepted or rejected in whole or in some point.

The issue of 'cooling off period', which has to wait for two years for appointment to constitutional bodies after the retirement of employees, has become a bit more complicated for a long time. The National Assembly has accepted the provision regarding the cooling period, which was widely debated in the State Arrangements Committee of the House of Representatives, but was left out. According to the agreement in the

committee, after the bill was passed and verified by the assembly, compulsory retirement has been arranged for the employees in the year 58, then 59, and from the third year to the age of 60. The bill includes provisions on interprovincial and local level transfers, ranks and levels.
