UML called a meeting to prepare for the second legislative convention.
UML has postponed the 10th Central Committee meeting called on 13th of August. Rajendra Gautam, Head of UML's Central Propaganda Department, informed that the meeting called to be held at the party central office in Lalitpur, Chaisal at 11 am on August 13 has been postponed.
He said that the meeting was postponed because the preparations were not completed.

There was a plan to present a report in the central committee meeting including the suggestions made on the amendment of the constitution, but the meeting had to be postponed as the suggestions on the amendment of the constitution were coming in. A new date will be set soon," said Gautam, Head of Publicity Department.
UML has given a deadline of August 10 to the subordinate committee to send suggestions on the amendment proposal.
UML's Second Legislative Assembly will be held at Sunrise Hall in Godavari, Lalitpur from 20th to 22nd of August. It is said that 2,392 people will participate in the convention, including 2,128 delegates and 264 more organizers.
