Maoist President Pushpa Kamal Dahal said that although the appointment process was started in the university on the basis of meritocracy, the Congress and UML governments reversed it. In the educational dialogue program organized by All Revolutionaries, he claimed that he had ended the existing division in the university.
"I have established meritocracy by breaking the very wrong tradition of political participation in the university and recruiting its workers." This is a very big change,'' he said. Now the government has changed and the staff recruitment center has been built again.'
