Bhutanese Home Minister Leonpo Tshering, who is on a one-day visit, spent four hours in Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha, on Saturday. He landed at Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa via a chartered flight of Druk Air from Bhutan's capital Paro.
