The MPs elected through the proportional representation system in the House of Representatives elections held on Falgun 21 have received certificates. The Election Commission presented certificates to 110 MPs elected through the proportional representation system at a program organized at the central office in Kathmandu on Thursday. In the second place, the Nepali Congress got 20 seats, the CPN-UML got 16, the CPN-UML got 9, the Shram Sanskriti Party and the RPP got four seats each.
