विशेष महाधिवेशनको उद्घाटनपछि बन्दसत्र यही पुस २८ गते बिहानदेखि भृकुटीमण्डपको सभाहलमा हुनेछ । गत असोज २९ गते कांग्रेसका ५४ दशमलव ५८ प्रतिशत महाधिवेशन प्रतिनिधिको हस्ताक्षरसहित विशेष महाधिवेशन मागका साथ केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा निवेदन दर्ता भएको थियो ।विशेष महाधिवेशनलका सन्दर्भमा पार्टीको संस्थापन पक्षले भने असहमति जनाएको छ । पार्टीको संस्थापन पक्षले नियमित महाधिवेशनको तालिका तोकेर प्रक्रिया सुरु भइसकेकाले विशेष महाधिवेशनको औचित्य स्वतः समाप्त भइसकेको जनाएको छ ।
