The Nepal Teachers' Federation staged a sit-in at the party office of the Nepali Congress on Wednesday. As part of the program of the first phase of the movement, the Federation has staged a sit-in at the Congress office in Sanepa today. The dharna program will continue till 2 am. They have also submitted an attention letter.
महासंघको अनुसार बिहीबार एमालेको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय च्यासल र शुक्रबार माओवादी केन्द्रको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा पेरिस डाँडामा धर्ना दिने कार्यक्रम छ ।
शिक्षक दरबन्दी स्थानीय तहमा हस्तान्तरण गर्ने लगायत विधेयकका विभिन्न व्यवस्थामा असहमति राख्दै आन्दोलनको घोषणा गरिएको हो। अस्थायी शिक्षकलाई ७५ प्रतिशत आन्तरिकबाट स्थायी बनाउनुपर्ने, स्थायी शिक्षकको आवधिक बढुवा गरिनुपर्ने लगायत माग अघि सारिएको छ।
माग पूरा नभए भदौ २१ गतेदेखि विद्यालय नै बन्द गरेर आन्दोलन गर्ने चेतावनी शिक्षक महासंघले पनि दिएको छ। पहिलो चरणमा पालिका, जिल्ला, प्रदेश र केन्द्रमा ज्ञापन पत्र बुझाउने, घेराउ गर्ने लगायतका कार्यक्रम घोषणा गरेको छ।
