Yoghurt producers and sellers of Bhaktapur are invited to make juju dhow. The consumption and demand of juju smoke is higher on the day of June 15 (Sunday) than other times. Along with planting festival, Asar 15 is celebrated all over the country as a day to eat curds. On this day, Bhaktapur's juju dhow, which is considered a symbol of traditional taste and originality, is in special demand.
