Due to the demolition of the road to replace the water pipe in Kapan, Sattale, Ani Gumba area of Budhanilkanth Municipality-12, the area has become chaotic. Since the road that was demolished a year and a half ago has not yet been constructed, due to continuous rains, potholes, incomplete roads have caused problems for local residents, businesses and traffic operations. About 1 km of road has been demolished for pipe replacement.

ठूलो पानी पर्दा बाढीले पसल र घरहरूमा क्षति गराइरहेको, सडक हिलो र पानी जम्ने गरेकाले हिँडडुलमा समेत समस्या भइरहेको स्थानीय प्रवीण खनालले बताए । 'अब त बस्नै गाह्रो भयो,' उनले भने, 'यहाँ कतिपयका घरभित्रै पानी पसेको छ, पसलमा सामान बिग्रिएको छ, काम कहिले सुरु हुन्छ भन्ने पत्तो छैन ।'सडक निर्माण कार्य पुनः सुरु गरेर तत्काल समस्या समाधानका लागि स्थानीय बासिन्दाले नगरपालिकासँग आग्रह गरेका छन् ।बूढानिलकण्ठ नगरपालिका-१२ का वडाध्यक्ष शम्भूप्रसाद भट्टराईले पानी पर्न थालेपछि निर्माण रोकिएको भन्दै बर्खा सकिना साथ निर्माण अघि बढाइने बताए ।
