Gen-G generation between the ages of 13 and 28 came to the streets and staged a coup d'état within two days against the misrule in the country, which was indulging in widespread corruption, exploitation, repression and arbitrariness. Due to the barbaric repression by the then KP Sharma Oli government, 73 people received sahadat. Arson, vandalism and looting did not stop during the demonstration.
There is no doubt that this situation came about when the core leadership of all mainstream political parties indulged in arrogance and pride for decades. Due to the bad leadership of the government, the dissolution of the parliament and the formation of an interim government are the only ways to get rid of the country. However, as in the past, this government does not have the freedom to extend the interim government on one pretext or the other and create instability. During such a crisis, economic activity should be made viable. Although our external indicators are strong, our internal indicators are pathetic. On top of that, the morale of the businessmen has weakened as they have suffered huge losses. There is also a challenge to make the economy dynamic in such a situation.
The upheaval caused by the Gen-G movement has finally found a positive conclusion. On the basis of the movement, the country got an able and experienced former Chief Justice as the Prime Minister. Sushila Karki, who is old but understands the all-round situation of the country, believes that she will make history. People's trust is the biggest strength for the government formed under the leadership of Prime Minister Karki. When Nepal needs it, this government should also take the help of international friends, for which it will have to increase diplomatic relations and cooperation with other countries in a transparent manner.
The reconstruction of the destroyed public structures, the work to give encouragement and hope to the businessmen should also be started soon. Prime Minister Karki will be able to take the existing extraordinary and historical challenges as an opportunity to help the country, let's believe that now.
