As the anti-India mentality is increasing, there is a rift in the friendly relations between Nepal and India, and the intensive role of the head of government and policy makers is necessary to resolve it.

Just as BP Koirala resolved the border dispute with the northern neighbor China through first person diplomacy, similarly Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli can resolve the border dispute of Kalapani and Lipulek by sending a direct first person note to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi if he wants and dares.
But for this, it is necessary for the Prime Minister to use courage and discretion. The articles 'The real test of Oli's diplomacy in Lipulek' and 'This is how the border dispute can be resolved' suggest that the suggestions to resolve the border dispute that are arising now can be expected to pave the way for solving the problem.
The anti-India mentality in Nepal has increased a lot now compared to before. It is harming both countries . This is causing a rift in friendship. Increasing hostility between the two countries is definitely not a good sign. How to deal with
problems instead of keeping them at this point? How to reduce ? The heads of government and policy makers of both countries should think deeply about how to bring harmony to the relationship again. There is no rift in the relationship between anyone without any reason, and the adversarial mentality does not grow . But if the problem is always hidden, if we don't move towards a solution, those problems will become a mountain and become a thorn in the relationship between the two countries. If this situation is not to happen, both countries should understand the sensitivity of the problem early. If we do not try to solve this problem even though there is sufficient evidence, it will be considered a weakness of the government.
If India doesn't agree, we won't leave our territory . Therefore, Nepal should not be left behind to give an ultimatum to both China and India that we will internationalize the Kalapani Lipulek issue if they do not sit at the negotiating table on this issue within three months . Otherwise, this problem will always persist .

Avin's cartoon published on Sunday related to the agreement between India and China to conduct business activities through Lipulek, our land, and we were not informed about it. It is a big irony that someone else uses our land without caring about us. His cartoons have very accurately shown the sad context of the common people looking at the map of West Nepal and Chuchche. A picture is worth a thousand words.
In 10 years, Nepal has sent 7 diplomatic notes to India regarding the border dispute, and now it has sent the 8th letter. Similarly, out of three diplomatic notes sent to China regarding the use of Nepalese land, only one response has been received. As it is said, ``Whose marriage is not allowed to see him'', taking our land by force without giving any prior information or advice to the one who owns the land is the height of hepaha trend.
