Last June 14, Dhurkot rural municipality-7 of Gulmi, Ajmir Dwaneta's new home along with the family became sad. The last moment of my brother Jhavindra Prasad Ghimire's life was when the lights were not on in the neighboring village for about a week.

After the uncaused/uncaused accident, brothers, Ishtamitra's tireless public pressure efforts of two days, at 11:00 pm on June 16 at the district administration office, Tamghas, the district coordination chief, acting chief of the district administration office (assistant CDO, Gulmi district chief of electricity authority, head of Dhurkot rural municipality, ward chairman of Dhurkot rural municipality-7, high political leadership in the district and us victims reached an agreement at a very low level. 

40/41 years old These agreements had nothing to do with the loss of the life of an elderly person. There was an urgent need to find a way to live the life of the dependent three minor children and the sister-in-law. For this reason, the grieving family and all the village representatives gathered at the district headquarters for two days, which was pain on top of the pain.

Even though the agreement has not been implemented, the hearts of the villagers and families have been broken once again. According to Gulmi, it is understood that the main role for the implementation of the agreement is through the provincial office and the central government, but no results have been seen. Villagers and family members are doing this. If the minimum compromise that the victim should make automatically is considered a weakness.
