Instead of serving the employees, they give trouble to the public

There was a political change in our country, but the people could not feel its positive impact. Despite the advent of the republic, formation of provincial governments and regular elections at the local level, there has been no improvement in the quality of public services.
Instead, it is becoming increasingly disorganized and sluggish. Even though it is said that the rights of Singh Darbar have reached villages, people have to wait for months even for minor work.
Especially, 'when they reach the government office with any work, the chaos there and the irresponsible behavior of the employees creates a negative perception towards the state in their minds. Business people face the same behavior when they go to the tax office to pay taxes. How to form a positive attitude towards the state in such a situation?
The condition of basic services like roads, transport, electricity, health is also pathetic. People are suffering due to delay in road construction and poor quality work. The pace of infrastructure development in the country is very slow. Two decades ago, vehicles reached only 40 district headquarters, but even now, the condition of roads is the same in many places. Let's say Tribhuvan Rajpath or BP Rajpath - the road gets blocked for hours when it rains normally. The condition of Nagadhunga is the same and the condition of the expressway is also the same.
The inefficiency and corruption seen in the state agencies is the main reason for people's anger. Leaders are busy with power games, but they are not focused on solving the problems of the people. The working style of our bureaucracy is also disappointing. Instead of serving the people, the employees are giving trouble.
The government should take concrete steps to solve this problem. The public service reform commission should be formed and according to its report, the state agencies should be restructured. Employees should be made accountable to the public and public service delivery should be made effective. An 'Action Oriented' administration system should be implemented.
