How long to become landless in political dauphet?

What you should know

I am a landless dalit. I live in PCO toll of Bhajani Municipality, Kailali District. There are 33 families here including me. There are other houses nearby. We have no land anywhere. Some of us have been landless for generations, some have been swept away by landslides, some have wandered in floods. We have been living here after being displaced by the 2063 flood.

It is placed here with the consent of community forest, political parties and municipalities. Many people have their citizenship, birth registration, marriage registration here. Electricity, water, toilets, roads are all made with the budget of the ward office. A campus and a hospital have been built on the land near our settlement. We have filled a form in the municipality to get one or two pieces of land where we live. Ward Facilitation Committee and Municipal Facilitation Committee have verified and given approval. But we have not been able to get the land owner evidence.

When we ask the municipality that we will ever get spare parts, how does it feel to hear that the commission says that we will not be able to get one butane on the map of the settlement where we live! The law of land and forest is broken! Why did you make such a conflicting law? Now our question is - why the bill that was introduced to remove the double law was not passed? We don't know what is right or wrong, but the law did not prevent landless people from getting land.

It was raining in the morning on June 10, 2081. Those of working age went to farming and labour. When there were only children, elderly and pregnant women in the house, security personnel, forest staff and community forest officials came with bulldozers and destroyed 4 houses of the slum indiscriminately. The goods were delivered by dozer. Elderly, children, even pregnant women had to eat rice with salt water day and night. They destroyed the house to get up and go, but since there was nowhere to go, we pitched a tent and stayed there. The forest has put a barbed wire fence in the place where we are staying. Later, when they asked for directions, 14 women were arrested and taken away. The reason for all this was that we did not have the red parts of the place where we were staying. How long will this injustice be tolerated?

Now the government has created a land problem resolution commission. However, the work has not been able to proceed due to many legal complications, either in the name of forest or in the name of intermediaries. According to the constitution, I should get the land by October 2078. But on the contrary, the settlement where my house was was demolished. So don't make us landless forever in political maneuvers.
