Politics, heated up by the political comeback of former President Bidya Devi Bhandari, has suddenly taken a turn.

Bhandari's return to UML, who has been meeting with UML president KP Sharma Oli, who is also the prime minister, and various levels of party leaders and has been participating in programs organized by various organizations close to UML, was thought to be a process after the party gave the green light.

Those who were openly in favor of Bhandari until the meeting of the central committee of the party could not speak in favor of him in that meeting. It seems that once again the game of ups and downs in Nepali politics has been repeated.

Those who say that UML is Oli's only choice are still using their strength to bring Oli to the leadership again. No matter what policy-rules and legislation are made, if it is changeable for a person, it has no value, as now, UML has reversed the provision of the statute that states that the age limit for Oli is 70 years and that he cannot serve more than two terms as a leader in UML. If Oli wanted to leave the leadership, he would have held Bhandari's hand to take over the leadership of the party even though Bidya Bhandari did not want to return to politics.

This is probably the first incident in the long political journey of Oli and Bhandari. Oli has now brought the same Bhandari to the wall, who blindly approved when Oli dissolved the parliament twice. Which probably Bhandari did not imagine. Even till yesterday, she was confident that the party would bring her into the party with respect. Bhandari had to get a glimpse of what Oli had told him during his meetings with Oli from time to time. In the meeting, Oli had given a green signal to Bhandari, based on that, Bhandari had moved forward, but now it is being said that Oli has cheated her directly, and Bhandari herself has to disclose it. However, Bhandari has not formally opened her mouth about the UML's entry by the UML Central Committee. However, she has repeatedly reiterated that she has returned to active politics and will not back down. It seems that all his efforts to return to politics after coming out of Sheetal Niwas are just like warming the nest.
