The special committee formed for the investigation will also have a minority and a majority. The committee should pay attention to the opinion of the public that the investigation should be fair as there is an attempt at deception at every step. If those who do irresponsible actions to overturn the decisions made by a sovereign body like the House of Representatives are not punished, the wrongdoers will be more emboldened.

If the signatures of high-ranking employees do not dry when they retire and the tendency to get more benefits by taking constitutional and diplomatic appointments is removed, there will definitely be some improvement in good governance.
The Parliament should pay attention to the fact that there are citizens who are able to work efficiently in the constitutional commission, diplomatic bodies and other fields in Nepal, even outside the civil service.
