It is the responsibility of political parties to prepare and implement appropriate policies, strategies and tactics for the overall development of the country.

First of all, due to the diversity of the climate, it is necessary to conduct appropriate programs and projects based on the identification of needs in the mountains, hills and plains, but even after more than three and a half decades of political change, this has not been done.

Milk, tea, cheese, churpi, skus, bombaisan, ginger, amriso, cardamom, Akbare khursani, kibi fruit, honey, bangur etc. produced in Koshi province are famous in the country/abroad, while the business of bodhichitta and rudraksha has raised the standard of living of many people. 
Due to the low level of social differences in the East, the atmosphere of brotherhood and harmony is seen everywhere in the villages and towns, the enthusiasm, vigor, sincerity and openness of the common people have become unique. There is no problem in the marketing of the products as there is a hot market on Sundays and Mondays in every district. 

The plight seen in the western hills cannot be described in words. Playing gambling, causing trouble by drinking too much alcohol, beating wives and children mercilessly, violence against women has become the destiny there. 

While caste discrimination is becoming a chronic disease, girls and women are becoming victims of premature death due to Chhaupadi malpractice. The responsible leadership of Karnali and the Far West, who are forced to live in inconsistency, corruption, scarcity, haste, has not been able to fight for the well-being of the people.

Let's add a reference: America, which is about 67 times bigger than Nepal and has 50 states, has succeeded in spreading proportional development in all states due to the leadership that can be counted on the fingers, but our leadership has not been able to rise above gossip and rumors.
