Questioning the existing challenges in Nepali society, writer Chandrakishore drew attention to the dilapidated structure of our 'thinking' and social and political distortions.

In fact, this article has clearly pointed out the 'bag mentality' and the falling level of morality prevalent in our society. It is worrisome that honest and hard-working people are left behind by the tendency to not consider others better than themselves, to kill positions by flattery and to see only their own benefits.

Anarchy in public places, such as religious rituals by blocking the streets, displaying weapons in the name of religion, and haphazard processions in public places make a mockery of the law. Besides disrupting the daily life of citizens, it is also increasing conflict and tension in the society.

The author's argument is strong that the internal strife of political parties and lack of public participation have weakened the democratic system. The indifference and self-interest shown in us even when human sensitivity is needed in events like natural disasters or accidents shows that the level of our social consciousness is declining. Which the author has pointed out in a good way. Until we come out of the thinking that 'only we are right, others are wrong', real reform is not possible. This article calls upon all of us to introspect and make individual and collective efforts for social harmony and national unity. Otherwise, we are sure to always be in the circle of 'where are we going wrong?'
